The research results show that changes in the development cycle of high-tech enterprises will cause changes in the value network of enterprises, which in turn lead to changes in the demand for core resources and core competence. For high-tech enterprises in the establishment period, the main positive impact on enterprise performance is relational embedding. For high-tech enterprises in the growth period, both structural embedding and relational embedding have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. For high-tech enterprises in the maturity period, neither structural embeddedness nor relational embeddedness has a positive impact on corporate performance. For high-tech enterprises in the metamorphosis period, both structural and relational embeddedness have a positive impact on corporate performance. These findings provide a theoretical basis and decision-making basis for the high-quality development of high-tech enterprises in the context of the 5G.

The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has led to the transfer of information access from offline to online for the old. As a vulnerable group in the digital age, the intergenerational digital divide has become increasingly prominent. In order to alleviate the digital divide of the old and a series of social problems, this study starts from the correlation between watching the short video of older Internet celebrities and media use, and introduces hypotheses from the four dimensions of publishing content, network interaction, using network service and contacting network information. The study found that the more the old watched the short video of older Internet celebrities, the stronger the initiative of media use and the younger the way of media use.

The localization of English websites of Chinese enterprises makes them accessible, usable, and culturally suitable to their target audiences. It helps Chinese enterprises see the growth in websites traffic, increase orders, and grasp more markets worldwide. How an English website serves as a communication window to the target audience always concerns many Chinese enterprises. However, factors that influence websites’ localization competence are varied and complex as they are a non-linear mathematical problem for the evaluation of websites localization for avoiding randomness and subjectivity. Thus, by combining the literature review of the competence evaluation, the expert consultations, and the websites localization process, we establish an evaluation system for Chinese enterprises’ English website localization. Three-layer BP neural network, a type of nonlinear uncertain mathematical model is used to solve the non-linear mathematical problem for the evaluation. Test results show that the BP neural network model is precise and practical in evaluating websites localization competence.

Lightweight block cipher technology can solve the problem of data security on resource-constrained devices, so as to produce smart devices that are more convenient for people's life and promote the development of 5G (5th generation wireless systems) era. These social demands are often inseparable from the efforts of innovative talents in lightweight block cipher. This paper mainly discusses how to train the innovative ability of graduate students through the teaching of lightweight block cipher course. This paper mainly discusses how to cultivate and improve the innovation ability of the graduate students in the course of lightweight block cipher. This paper constructed the training system of graduate students' innovation ability in the lightweight block cipher course from the several aspects about provoking the students learning interest in lightweight block cipher, constructing rational theoretical knowledge framework, real-time updating the practical content, strengthening the team cooperation, construction of specific, so that the training of the innovative thinking and innovation ability of the graduate students throughout the whole teaching process.

Computer major is an engineering major, which is a typical subject facing the engineering application. However, training of scientific research and innovation ability also needs to be emphasized for the cultivation of postgraduate students. Scientific research and innovation ability can effectively promote the development of graduate students after they go to work. At present, there are many deficiencies in the cultivation of scientific research and innovation ability of computer specialty graduate students in local universities. This paper discusses the construction of the cultivation system of scientific research and innovation ability of computer specialty graduate students in local universities based on the authors' experience in the cultivation of graduate students.
摘要:
Based on the cavity quantum electrodynamics (CQED), we propose two schemes for realization of basic quantum information processing tasks, i.e., constructing a quantum SWAP gate directly and preparation for entangled coherent states. In the present paper, we show that the quantum swap gates of photonic qubits can be implemented only by one step with a three-level.-type atom trapped in a bimodal optical cavity. The purpose for the direct construction of swap gates is to save a great many quantum resources in practical quantum information processing and reduce the number of required unitary operation. For the latter, we obtain the entangled coherent states via the large detuning interaction, in the process of the unitary evolution of dressed states. This scheme provides a suitable cavity QED to prepare quantum entanglement for researchers, and provides a wider horizon for the generation of quantum entanglement based on cavity QED, which, to some extent, possesses reference value and guiding effect in the experiment, and the quantum entanglement can be used for the potential application in the quantum information and quantum communication in the future.
