Exploring low-cost, efficacious and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts for both oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is crucial yet highly challenging to the wide perspective practicability for rechargeable metal−air batteries together with fuel cells and electrochemical water splitting.
