摘要:
In this article, we study complete and complete moment convergence theorems for arrays of rowwise negatively dependent random variables under the sub-linear expectations. The complete and complete moment convergence theorems in the sense of non-additive capacities are established for arrays of rowwise negatively dependent random variables. Our result improves the corresponding result of Wang et al. relative to the classical probability space.

Low-dissipation shock-capturing methods usually suffer from various forms of shock instabilities, such as the notorious carbuncle phenomenon, in simulations of hypersonic flows. Many strategies for tackling the shock instability of flux difference splitting schemes, such as HLLC and Roe schemes, have been proposed while little work has been undertaken on the shock instability of flux splitting schemes. In this paper, we are concerned with the shock instability of a convection-pressure flux splitting scheme. By means of a linearized perturbation analysis, it shows that all of the perturbations in the streamwise direction are damped, while the perturbations of density and shear velocity in the transverse direction are undamped. Due to the special symmetry, the two-dimensional Sedov blast wave problem is studied to demonstrate the relation between the transverse flux and shock instability. Based on the theoretical analyses, a shock stable flux splitting scheme is presented through introducing additional viscosities of entropy wave and shear wave to damp out all perturbations in the transverse direction. For restoring the contact surface and shear layer, a pressure-based function depending on the shock-wave strength is defined to control the amount and location of additional viscosities. Numerical results of several challenging test problems demonstrate that the new scheme has greatly improved the robustness without undermining the accuracy. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
In this paper, an expanded mixed finite element method is developed to approximate the solution of second order hyperbolic equations. We discuss and theoretically prove the existence and uniqueness of solution for the semidiscrete formulation, and obtain the optimal order error estimates in the L-infinity(L-2) norm. In addition, we also construct the fully discrete approximations and provide the corresponding error analysis. Some numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the theoretical analysis. We consider König’s method for finding roots of polynomials. Let Kf,n be the function defined in König’s method for polynomial f of order n (n≥2). For any given complex number λ∈C and any given set Ω≔{z1,z2,…,zk} of k (k≥2) distinct complex numbers, we present a procedure of constructing a polynomial fn,λ for which Ω is a k-cycle of Kfn,λ,n with multiplier λ.

We prove that, the so called total energy functional defined on the class of radial stretchings between annuli attains its minimum on a total energy diffeomorphism between annuli on R-n. This involves a subtle analysis of some special ODE. The result is an extension of the corresponding 2-dimensional case obtained by Iwaniec and Onninen (2009). (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. In this paper, we study the following Kirchhoff type equation with critical growth {-(a + b integral(Omega) vertical bar del u vertical bar(2)dx) del u = lambda u + mu vertical bar u vertical bar(2)u + vertical bar u vertical bar(4)u in Omega, u = 0 on partial derivative Omega, where a > 0, b >= 0 and Omega is a smooth bounded domain in R-3. When the real parameter mu is larger than some positive constant, we investigate the multiplicity of nontrivial solutions for the above problem with parameter lambda belonging to a left neighborhood of the Dirichlet eigenvalue of the Laplacian operator -Delta. In this paper, by constructing a generalized Armijo search method, a novel conjugate gradient (CG) model has been proposed to training a common three-layer backpropagation (BP) neural network. Compared with the classical gradient descent method, this algorithm efficiently accelerates the convergence speed due to the existence of the additional conjugate direction. Essentially, the optimal learning rate of each epoch is determined by the given inexact line search strategy. The presented model does not significantly increase the computational cost in dealing with real applications. Two benchmark simulations have been performed to illustrate the promising advantages of the proposed algorithm.

摘要:
By employing continuation theorem of the coincidence degree, and inequality technique, some sufficient conditions are established for the existence of periodic solution and global exponential stability of fuzzy cellular neural networks with time-varying delays. These results have important leading significance in the design and applications of globally stable neural networks. Moreover an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasible of results obtained.
