猕猴桃中维生素C的HPLC分析

摘要:
猕猴桃营养全面、丰富,含有10多种氨基酸、矿物质、胡萝卜素和多种维生素,对保持人体健康,防病治病具有重要的作用.维生素C又称L-抗坏血酸(ascorbic acid),是含有6碳的不饱和多羟化合物,在医药及营养保健方面的用途十分广泛.维生素C的分析方法有多种,但这些方法往往操作复杂费时,在样品处理过程中很容易使维生素C损失,且灵敏度和精确度不高; 而高效液相色谱法(HPLC)具有较高的准确度、精密度和灵敏度,简便快速,更加适用于维生素C的测定.本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),探究猕猴桃中维生素C的最佳分析条件.通过大量的实验研究,表明以甲醇:纯水=2:8为流动相,流动相的速度为1.2 ml/min,紫外检测波长为254 nm,柱温在250C为猕猴桃中维生素C的最佳HPLC分析条件.在此条件下分析猕猴桃中维生素C的含量、稳定性、回收率,所建立的标准曲线具有良好的线性关系,其相关系数R~2=0.9997;其平均回收率为100.2 1%,相对标准偏差小于1.47%; 测得猕猴桃中维生素C的含量为107.33 mg/100g.所建立的方法简单、快速、准确度高,适宜猕猴桃中维生素C含量的分析研究

摘要:
以废弃香芋柄作为新型生物吸附剂,通过静态吸附实验,研究了pH、温度、吸附时间、Mn~(2+)初始浓度等因素对香芋柄吸附Mn~(2+)的影响,分析了吸附过程的热力学、动力学和等温吸附规律。结果表明,溶液初始pH=4,香芋柄用量6 g/L,30℃下吸附60 min,溶液中Mn~(2+)吸附去除率达90.79%以上,吸附容量高达18.16 mg/g。应用Langmuir和Freundlich模型描述香芋柄对Mn~(2+)的吸附过程,结果显示Freundlich吸附等温线拟合效果更好。吸附动力学实验数据符合准二级动力学模型。计算得到热力学参数ΔG<0, ΔH>0, ΔS>0,表明该吸附过程是自发和吸热的过程

摘要:
通过多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)上羟基的酯化反应在碳纳米管表面接枝双键,以蒽和马来酸的加成反应产物为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,通过微波辐射聚合在碳纳米管表面接枝一层厚度约为30 nm的分子印迹催化剂.该催化剂对蒽和马来酸的加成反应具有明显的催化作用,反应开始后的180 min内,催化反应速率是不加催化剂反应速率的1.77倍.该催化反应的催化动力学遵守Michaelis-Menten方程,最大速率(v_(max))为0.713μmol/(L·s),米氏常数(K_M)为 17735.24μmol/L.

盐水介质中环保型钼系钢铁缓蚀剂的研究

摘要:
钼酸盐缓蚀剂缓蚀性能好,低毒、无磷、无公害,不会引起微生物的繁殖,适用于高温、高pH值和高硬度水运行,是一种高效环保型缓蚀剂,但其价格较贵,单独使用所需剂量大,成本高,如何降低其用量成为热点问题。本研究通过动态失重法研究钼酸钠与硅酸盐、硼酸盐复配缓蚀剂对碳钢在50℃下盐水介质中的缓蚀情况,降低钼酸钠的用量,得到缓蚀效果较好的组合。分析钼酸钠与硅酸盐以及硼酸盐复配可能的机理,研究结果表明,在50℃盐水介质中,钼酸盐单组分时,缓蚀率随浓度的增大呈上升趋势;钼酸盐与硅酸盐二组分复配时,当钼酸盐浓度为60 mg.L-1,硅酸盐浓度在50 mg.L-1以上时取得很好的缓蚀效果;钼酸盐与硅酸盐、硼酸盐三组分复配时缓蚀效果比较好,当钼酸盐的浓度为40 mg.L-1时,与70 mg.L-1的硅酸钠、120 mg.L-1硼酸盐三组分复配时效果最好,缓蚀率达90%以上。

摘要:
The title complex,[Co(L)(H_2O)]_n,1,where H_2 L=3-(carboxymethoxy)-2-naphthoic acid,was synthesized through hydrothermal synthesis and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal is monoclinic,space group P2_1 with a=0.505 87(7)nm,b=0.942 88(12)nm,c=1.234 03(16)nm,β=95.015(9),V= 0.586 35(13)nm 3,Z=2,M r =321.14,D c =1.819 g·cm~(-3),μ=1.487 mm~(-1),F(000)=326,R int =0.023 8,R_1 =0.022 8,wR_2 =0.053 2,and the Flack parameter is 0.026(13).In the complex,the cobalt atom is six-coordinated by six oxygen atoms,completing an octahedral geometry.The molecules are connected to form a 2D layer structure bridged by 3-(carboxymethoxy)-2-naphthoic acid.The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also studied

摘要:
由水热法合成了一个混核金属配位聚合物{[CoEu_2(INAIP)_4(H_2O)_6].2.5H_2O}_n(1)(INAIP~(2-)=异烟酰胺基间苯二甲酸根),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X-射线衍射法表征。晶体结构研究表明:配合物1属于三斜晶系,P1-vector空间群。配合物1是由配体异烟酰胺基间苯二甲酸连接而成的二维双层状结构,该二维层通过氢键拓展为三维超分子结构。配合物1的荧光测试研究表明它具有典型的稀土铕离子红色荧光。

三环己基氢氧化锡分别与吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸钠和邻苯二甲酰亚胺反应,合成了三环己基锡吡咯啶二硫代氨基甲酸酯(1)和三环己基锡邻苯二甲酰亚胺配合物(2)。化合物经IR、1H NMR、元素分析表征,用X射线衍射法测定了晶体结构,化合物 1属正交晶系,空间群P2_12_12_1,晶体学参数:a=1.228 06(3)nm,b=1.238 20(2)nm,c=1.662 54(3)nm,Z=4,V=2.528 03(9)nm~3,D_c= 1.351 g·cm~(-3),μ(Mo Kα)=1.184 mm~(-1),F(000)=1 072,R1=0.048 7,wR2=0.121 0;化合物2属正交晶系,空间群P212121,晶体学参数:a= 1.244 70(19)nm,b=1.269 45(19)nm,c=1.587 7(2)nm,Z=4,V=2.508 7(6)nm~3,D_c=1.362 g·cm~(-3),μ(Mo Kα)=1.039 mm~(-1),F(000)= 1 064,R_1=0.049 9,wR_2=0.128 4,中心锡原子均为畸变四面体构型。对化合物进行了量子化学从头计算,探讨了化合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及前沿分子轨道的组成特征。

摘要:
A highly sensitive and mercury-free method for determination of bisphenol A (BPA) was established using a glassy carbon electrode that was modified with carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes. A sensitive oxidation peak is found at 550 mV in linear sweep voltammograms at pH 7. Based on this finding, trace levels of bisphenol A can be determined over a concentration range that is linear from 10 nM to 104 nM, the correlation coefficient being 0.9983, and the detection limit (S/N = 3) being 5.0 nM. The method was successfully applied to the determination of BPA in food package. © 2010 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
The adsorptive voltammetric behavior of the aluminum (Al)-alizarin violet (AV) complexin 0.2 molL-1 HAc-NaAc buffer (pH 4.5) at a multi-walled carbon nanotube modified carbon paste electrode (MWCNT/CPE) was investigated. The results showed that the complex can be adsorbed on the surface of the MWCNT/CPE, yielding one oxidation peak at 530mV (vs. SCE). The proposed method exhibits good linearity over the range from 1.0x10-9 mol L-1 to 1.0x10-7 mol L-1, and a low detection limit of 6.0x10-10 molL-1 for 120 s accumulation was obtained under optimum conditions. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
Chitosan was modified by salicylaldehyde via Schiff's base reaction and the resulting product was modified on the surface of an acetylene black paste electrode (ABPE) by the drop-coating method. In 0.5 mol L~(-1) acetate buffer (pH 4.2), a substantial increase in the anodic stripping peak current of tryptophan (Trp) (compared to conventional bare carbon paste electrode (CPE) and bare ABPE) is observed at the Schiff's base chitosan-modified electrode. The parameters influencing voltammetric determination of Trp have been optimized. Under the selected conditions, the linearity between the anodic peak currents and concentrations of Trp demonstrated a wide range of 6.0 × 10 ~(-8) mol L-1 to 2.0 × 10~(-6) mol L -1, 2.0 × 10~(-6) mol L-1 to 4.0 × 10~(-5) mol L~(-1) and 4.0 × 10~(-5) mol L ~(-1) to 1.0 × 10~(-4) mol L~(-1), a low detection limit of 2.0 × 10~(-9) mol L~(-1) was obtained after a 60 s accumulation. In addition, the developed electrochemical sensor has been successfully applied for the determination of Trp in pharmaceutical and biological samples with satisfactory assay results. This journal is

基于羧基化多壁碳纳米管(c-MWCNT),制备了可同时测定In~(3+)和Al~(3+)的新型碳材料修饰电极。利用循环伏安法(CV)和交流阻抗法(EIS)对此修饰电极进行了表征,用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)研究了In~(3+)与 Al~(3+)共存于修饰电极上的电化学行为。与裸玻碳电极相比,新型碳材料修饰电极的电化学活性得到很大提高;In~(3+)与Al~(3+)无需电分离即可在此电极上实现同时被检测;1.0×10~(-9)~2.5×10~(-8)mol/L In~(3+)和5.0×10~(-9)~5.0×10~(-8)mol/L Al~(3+)与其峰电流差呈良好线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.9943和0.9975;同一个修饰电极连续测定6次,In~(3+)和Al~(3+)的RSD分别为1.5%和1.7%,说明其稳定性较好;用于金属冶炼厂附近湘江水样中In~(3+)和Al~(3+)含量的测定,回收率分别在97.0%~102.0%和95.0%~101.8%之间。

摘要:
Assembly reaction of copper(I) chloride, 2,2'-bipyridine-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid (H2L) and 2,2'-bipyridine results in the formation of a new complex [Cu2(C12H6O4N2) 2(2,2'-bipy)2] CH3OH (1). In 1, two L 2- ligands link two Cu(II) ions to form a dinuclear structure. The electrochemical and magnetic properties of 1 were investigated. The results show that the electron transfer is irreversible in the electrode reaction, corresponding to Cu(II)/Cu(0). 1 is paramagnetic and exhibits a weak antiferromagnetic coupling. © 2011 Verlag der Zeitschrift für Naturforschung, Tübingen.

摘要:
A new 3d-4f heterometallic coordination polymer, [CuGd2(INAIP) 3(HCOO)(H2O)3]·3H2O (1), [H2INAIP = 5-(isonicotinamido)isophthalic acid] has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The results of structural analyses show that 1 has a two-fold interpenetrated 3D coordination framework with a rare sqc27 topology. In addition, thermogravimetric and magnetic properties were also investigated. © 2011 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A unique 4-fold interpenetrated (10,3)-b copper(ii) framework exhibits reversible dehydration and rehydration in a single-crystal-to-single-crystal (SC-SC) process, and the dehydrated material can encapsulate CH3OH molecules, again in a SC-SC fashion, and shows selective adsorption of H 2 and CO2 over N2. © The Royal Society of Chemistry.

摘要:
采用多孔介质-分布阻力模型,对一种新型并流多通道进出口结构(MPC)轴流管壳式换热器壳程流场进行数值研究。在传热管长6.0 m不变,分别针对长径比L/D=2.0和L/D=1.5二种情况,研究Re和通道数N对壳侧流场的分布及阻力变化规律。结果表明:在相同的Re和L/D下,随着N的增加,壳程的流场分布不均现象得到有效的遏制,壳程压降将急剧降低,最大降幅达到50%以上;当L/D不变时,Re的变化对壳程流场分布影响极小。

摘要:
The title complex, [FeZn(C 5H 5)Cl 2(C 20H 14N 3)]·CH 3CN, is composed of one Zn II atom, one 4′-ferrocenyl-2,2′:6′, 2′′-terpyridine (fctpy) ligand, two Cl atoms and one acetonitrile solvent molecule. The Zn II atom is five-coordinated in a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry by the tridentate chelating fctpy ligand and two Cl atoms.

摘要:
A reliable and sensitive procedure for the determination of trace levels of molybdenum by adsorptive anodic stripping voltammetry is proposed. The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the molybdenum (Mo)-alizarin violet (AV) complex onto an acetylene black paste electrode (ABPE), followed by oxidation of the adsorbed species by voltammetric scan using a second-order derivative modulation. For voltammetric determination of molybdenum, the parameters influencing the peak current have been optimized. Under the selected conditions, the electrode demonstrated linear response over a wide range of Mo(VI) concentration (6.0×10-9-1.0×10-5mol/L), the detection limit was 2.0×10-9mol/L (S/N=3) for 120s accumulation. The effects of potential interfering ions were studied, and it was found that the proposed procedure was free from most interferences. The method has been applied to the determination of molybdenum in plant foodstuffs, and satisfied results were obtained. © 2010 Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
A new three-dimensional (3D) porous framework [Zn(INAIP)] ·DMA·H2O (1) [INAIP = 5-(isonicotinamido)isophthalate, DMA = N,N′-dimethylacetamide] was synthesized by solvothermal methods and characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, as well as thermogravimetric analysis. The results of X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that complex 1 has an unusual 3D architecture with the (3,6)-connected rutile (rtl) topology. The adsorption behavior shows that compound 1 exhibits selective adsorptions of CO2 over N2 after the removal of the solvent molecules within the pores. Copyright © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
