摘要:
We propose a method to construct a nondestructive n-qubit Greenberger– Horne–Zeilinger (GHZ)-state analyzer. The method is applied to any systems in which two-qubit parity gates, controlled-phase gates, or controlled-NOT gates can be realized. We also present a simplified two-photon parity gate with which a nondestructive n-photon GHZ-state analyzer could be largely simplified. The nondestructive GHZ-state analyzer is expected to find useful applications for economical quantum-information processing.

利用Origin软件拟合直线的斜率参数对霍尔传感器进行的定标,计算了铜板和锻铸铁板的杨氏模量,数据处理结果表明在杨氏模量的实验中采用Origin软件处理实验数据,不仅能得到较精确的实验结果而且能提高实验数据处理的效率.

摘要:
原子与辐射场的相互作用,引起原子能量耗散或相对位相改变,导致原子由相干叠加态退化为混合态.该文针对四能级原子辐射和吸收情况,基于Kraus算子理论,利用约化密度矩阵方法,得到四能级原子密度矩阵元的演化规律,从而研究原子的量子相干特性.研究表明:初态处于相干叠加态的四能级原子,由于辐射和吸收,可能演化成相干叠加态、未完全混合态、完全混合态或单一纯态.

摘要:
Propagation of a hollow Gaussian beam diffracted by a circular phase aperture is studied without making the paraxial approximation. The analytical expression of the intensity of the apertured hollow Gaussian beam is presented in the far field. The influences of the truncation parameter and the order of hollow Gaussian beam on the intensity distributions are discussed. It is shown that a circular IT-phase aperture can be used to transform a hollow Gaussian beam into a ring-shaped beam in the far field with the appropriate parameters. (C) 2012 Elsevier GmbH. 摘要:
The magnetic properties related to cation vacancies in GaN are investigated by first-principles calculations. The results show that a neutral Ga-vacancy induces 3μB magnetic moment in GaN, but is difficult to form due to the high formation energy. It is found that the Ga-vacancy formation energy can be reduced by adding electrons with uniform compensating positive background charge, by nano-structure engineering, or by co-doping donor-like defects. The Ga-vacancy induced colossal magnetic moment in Gd-doped GaN can be modulated by co-doping the donor like defects. It is suggested that ferromagnetism enhanced by stabilizing the cation vacancies may be applied to other wide band-gap semiconductors as well. © 2013 EDP Sciences, Società Italiana di Fisica, Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
采用高温固相法制备了电荷补偿ZnMoO4:Tb3+发光材料样品.XRD分析表明,样品在800℃条件下能得到纯ZnMoO4相.光谱分析显示样品在377 nm的波长激发下,有较强的543 nm的绿光发射.对不同电荷补偿离子的样品进行了详细分析,结果表明掺入合适的电荷补偿离子能增强样品的绿光发射.

摘要:
Electronic and magnetic properties of half-bare zigzag silicon carbon nanoribbons (ZSiCNRs) have been studied by using HSE06 hybrid function. The calculation results show that the ZSiCNRs with bare Si edge and terminated C edge are metal with 1.3<sup>μB</sup> magnetic moments per supercell. While the half-bare ZSiCNRs with bare C edge are small band gap semiconductor with 2<sup>μB</sup> magnetic moments per supercell. Stable magnetism of the half-bare ZSiCNRs can be demonstrated by the total energy calculations of different spin configurations. It is found that the magnetic coupling of half-bare ZSiCNRs depends on the bare edge atoms, regardless of the terminated atoms (H or F). Our results indicate that the half-bare ZSiCNRs with turnable electronic and magnetic properties have potential applications in spintronic nanodevices. ©2013 Elsevier Ltd.

提出一种利用阶梯型三能级原子与两个双模腔谐振相互作用制备四光子GHZ态的方案。在该方案中,量子信息编码在腔场的Fock态中。 通过求解薛定谔方程,得到相互作用系统的量子态。原子通过两个腔后被测量时,场能崩塌到所需要的GHZ态。结果表明该方案简单 且实验上可行。

丹芍化纤胶囊对肺纤维化大鼠TGF-β1及Smad3/7表达的影响

摘要:
目的观察丹芍化纤对博来霉素致肺纤维化大鼠肺组织中TGF-β_1及Smad_(3/7)表达的影响。方法将30只SD大鼠,随机均分为对照组、模型组和治疗组;给予模型组和治疗组大鼠的气管内注射博来霉素(5 mg·kg~(-1))诱导肺纤维化,对照组的气管内注射等量生理盐水;次日起ig给予治疗组大鼠丹芍化纤混悬液(0.8 g·kg~(-1)·d~(-1)),其余两组ig给予等量生理盐水;28 d后处死,观察各组大鼠肺组织病理变化;运用免疫组化法观察肺组织中TGF-β_1及Smad_(3/7)表达的变化。结果模型组大鼠的肺系数明显增加,肺组织中胶原沉积明显,羟脯氨酸含量、TGF-β_1和Smad_3的表达增加,而Smad_7表达下降;与模型组比较,治疗组大鼠的肺系数明显降低,肺组织中胶原沉积有所减轻,羟脯氨酸的含量、TGF-β_1和Smad_3蛋白的表达减少,而Smad_7表达升高。结论丹芍化纤具有较好的抗大鼠肺纤维化作用,其机制可能与丹芍化纤影响TGF-β_1/Smads信号转导通路、下调TGF-β_1及Smad_3的表达,同时上调Smad_7的表达有关。

摘要:
The cross-Kerr nonlinearity (XKNL) effect can induce efficient photon interactions in principle with which photonic multiqubit gates can be performed using far fewer physical resources than linear optical schemes. Unfortunately, it is extremely challenging to generate giant cross-Kerr nonlinearities. In recent years much effort has been made to perform multiqubit gates via weak XKNLs. However, the required nonlinearity strengths are still difficult to achieve in an experiment. We here propose an XKNL-based scheme for realizing a two-photon polarization-parity gate, a universal two-qubit gate, in which the required strength of the nonlinearity could be orders of magnitude weaker than those required for previous schemes. The scheme utilizes a ring cavity fed by a coherent state as a quantum information bus which interacts with a path mode of the two polarized photons (qubits). The XKNL effect makes the bus pick up a phase shift dependent on the photon number of the path mode. Even when the potential phase shifts are very small they can be effectively measured using photon-number resolving detectors, which accounts for the fact that our scheme can work in the regime of tiny XKNL. The measurement outcome reveals the parity (even parity or odd parity) of the two polarization qubits.

摘要:
Entanglement swapping for four-qubit cluster-class states is studied. It is shown that a four-qubit cluster state (maximally entangled) can be obtained with a certain probability from two four-qubit cluster-class states by entanglement swapping. The probability is related to the smallest superposition coefficient of the cluster-class states (when all the moduli of amplitudes are equivalent, they are the usual cluster states and the probability hits to one). Two examples for the applications of the entanglement swapping are also presented. One is quantum teleportation of an arbitrary two-qubit state via a quantum repeater, in which the success probability can be improved by the entanglement swapping when the quantum channels are general cluster-class states (partially entangled). The other is quantum key distribution, in which a secret random sequence of bits (a "key") can be efficiently established between two distant parties by the entanglement swapping of two groups of cluster states. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media, LLC.
