摘要:
A novel one-dimensional chain copper(II) coordination polymer {[Cu(2,2′-bipy)-(HPDA)](HPDA)(H2O)}n has been hydrothermally synthesized using pimelic acid, 2,2′-bipyridine and copper perchlorate in the mixture of water and methanol. The crystal structure was determined as a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 1.01139(14), b = 2.6898(4), c = 1.02105(14),β = 109.651(2)°, V= 2.6159(6) nm3, Dc = 1.412 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1164, GOOF = 1.044, R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.1448. The copper ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and three oxygen atoms from two heptane diacid molecules, forming a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 200.0 °C.

摘要:
一种季戊四醇连续蒸发的节能装置,包括一级蒸发器1、降膜式蒸发器2、二级蒸发器3、循环泵4、加热器5和一些必要的管道连接而成;一级蒸发器1通过管道和循环泵4与降膜式蒸发器2的顶部和二级蒸发器3连接,管道中安装有阀门;降膜式蒸发器2的底部通过管道与一级蒸发器1连接,其上的加热介质进口管与二级蒸发器3蒸出的蒸汽出口管连接;二级蒸发器3通过管道与加热器5连接,加热器5上的加热介质进口管与脱醛塔的二次蒸汽出口管连接。本实用新型既可用于季戊四醇的连续蒸发,也可以用于其它化工装置的蒸发操作,能快速蒸出季戊四醇缩合液中的水分,蒸发停留时间短,产品颜色好,可以充分利用脱醛塔的低位热源,大大节约蒸汽的消耗。

摘要:
A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Mn(NAA)_2(4,4'-bipy)(H_2O)_4]n has been synthesized with α-naphthaleneacetic acid, 4,4?-bipy and manganese(II) sulfate as raw materials. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P2_1/c, a = 1.1421(2), b = 1.6337(3), c = 0.94177(19) nm, β = 112.15(3)o, V = 1.6275(6) nm~3, D_c = 1.407 g/cm~3, Z = 2, μ(MoKα) = 0.467 mm-1, F(000) = 722, S = 1.007, R = 0.0412 and wR = 0.1022. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(II) ions are linked together by one 4,4?-bipy molecule, and the whole complex molecule forms a one-dimensional chain structure. Each manganese(II) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms of two α-naphthaleneacetic acid molecules, two nitrogen atoms of two4,4'-bipy molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The electrochemical properties were also analyzed.

以2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-DAA)和邻菲啰啉(Phen)为原料,采用水热法合成了一个新的三核锌配合物Zn3(phen)2(2,4-DAA)6.该配合物属三斜晶系,P 1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.1030(2) nm,b=1.2930(3) nm,c=1.5081(3) nm,α=100.436(3)°,β=110.227(3)°,γ=103.802(3)°,V=1.8760(7) nm3,Dc=1.661 g/cm3,Z=1,F(000)=944.最终 GooF =1.033 ,偏离因子R1=0.0326,wR2=0.0736.在配合物分子中,3个锌(Ⅱ)离子在同一直线上,且以中间锌(Ⅱ)为对称中心,Zn1…Zn2的距离为0.3378 nm;3个锌(Ⅱ) 离子存在两种配位方式: 其中对称的锌离子分别与3个2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸中的3个羧基氧原子及一个邻菲啰啉的2个N原子配位,形成了五配位的变形四方锥结构,而中间的锌离子与6个2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸中的6个羧基氧原子配位,形成了六配位变形八面体结构.研究了配合物的光谱和电化学性质.

摘要:
A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)(2)(H2O)](n) has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(II) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group 14(1), a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees, V = 5.6657(13) nm(3), D-c= 1.379 g/cm(3), Z = 8, mu(MoK alpha) = 0.815 mm(-1), M-r = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(II) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(II) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated.

A novel Mn(II) complex Mn-2(phen)(2)(p-MBA)(4)(H2O) has been hydrothermally synthesized by the reaction of p-methyl benzoic acid (p-MBA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen). Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 2.3328(3), b =1.5549(2), c = 1.5557(2) nm, beta = 121.726(2)degrees, V = 4.7997(11) nm(3), M-r = 1028.85, D-c = 1.424 g/cm(3), Z = 4, F(000) = 2128, mu(MoKa) = 0.590mm(-1), GOOF = 1.060, R = 0.0333 and wR = 0.0767. In the crystal, each Mn(II) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from one o-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three p-methyl benzoic acids and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two neighboring Mn(II) ions are bridged by two p-methyl benzoic acid groups and one water molecule, and their end positions are respectively coordinated by one 1,10-phenanthroline and one p-methyl benzoic acid molecule, giving a binuclear cage structure, of which the Mn(II)center dot center dot center dot Mn(II) distance is 0.3502 nm.

采用自洽场的HF方法、密度泛函BLYP方法,以及杂化的密度泛函B3LYP方法,利用6-311+G(d)基组对P4团簇的6种异构体进行了几何优化,并以此为基础计算了异构体的振动光谱。然后对上述异构体的几何构型、稳定性,以及振动频率进行了讨论。

摘要:
锌是重要的生命元素,在生物体内锌以多种形式参与代谢过程,包括糖类、脂类、蛋白质与核酸的合成与降解,对生命体系有着特殊的生物活性和催化作用[1].模拟合成以锌、铜等为中心离子的配位聚合物并对其结构进行研究,将为人们认识生命体系中与这些金属离子相关的生命现象提供重要的信息[2,3].4,4′-联吡啶是一种线状双基刚性配体,无支链,空间位阻少,有较好的桥联作用,它与金属离子在自组装过程中能形成各种一维,二维,及三维空间结构的配位聚合物[4~7].

摘要:
A new cadmium complex [Cd(phen)3]-(ClO4) 2-(α-FRA)(H2O)3 was prepared by self-assembly of α-furoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and cadmium perchlorate. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/n, with a = 1.28130(15), b = 2.5957(3), c = 1.35449(16) nm, β = 109.395(2)°, V = 4.2492(9) nm3 Dn = 1.491 g/cm 3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1926, GOOF = 1.023, the final R = 0.0729 and wR - 0.2086. The crystal structure analysis indicates that the cadmium ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from six 1, 10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated.

以异烟酸和邻菲咯啉(phen)为原料,采用水热合成方法,合成了一个新的配位聚合物{[Cd_2(phen)_2(H_2O)_2(C_6H_5NO_2)_2]·(ClO_4)}_n,测定了其晶体结构.结果表明:该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2_1/n.与中心镉(Ⅱ)离子配位的3个氧原子分别来自2个异烟酸根和1个水分子,3个氮原子分别来自1个异烟酸根和1个邻菲咯啉,形成六配位变形八面体结构.由于异烟酸的桥联作用及氢键作用,配合物堆积成三维网状结构;同时配合物通过异烟酸的羧基双齿桥联配位以及邻菲咯啉和水分子作为端基配位.形成了双核笼状结构,其Cd(Ⅱ)…Cd(Ⅱ)距离为0.8798 nm.此外,还研究了该聚合物的荧光性质.
