本文首先分析了应用型人才培养的基本内涵,接着从五个方面分析应用型本科人才培养过程中存在的问题及成因,然后从转变教育观念,准确定位,优化课程体系与改进教学方法,合理统筹理论教学与实践教学,建设高素质的师资队伍等方面提出应用型人才培养模式的机制构想,以提高经管类专业本科应用型人才的培养质量。
