The biological sequence mutation and comparison problem is a basic problem in the biological information science and is the foundation for modern life science research. this paper studies the precision of the DNA gene sequence comparison, proposes a multiple genome DNA sequence comparison algorithm. this algorithm is specially designed for the multiple comparisons of the long genome sequences based on "mode algebra" theory of the the sequence mutation and comparison.
