衡阳市正处在经济快速增长时期,高校教育资源较为丰富,这些高校不仅是发展科学技术和培养人才的基地,而且是***人才汇聚之地,人才资源优势明显.本研究立足衡阳市高校青年体育教师队伍的现状,结合衡阳市高校青年体育教师人力资源开发现状,依据人力资源开发相关理论,从招聘、激励、培训、保留等方面分析其存在的主要问题,在此基础上,进行对策研究.
