新型城镇化背景下，中国传统村落人居生态环境恶化，且社会对优质生态产品的需求与日俱增，在这现实矛盾下，向社会提供传统村落人居环境优质生态产品尤为重要。因此，通过产权理论划分传统村落人居环境生态产品，依据传统人居生态产品类型和所面临的问题探索传统人居生态产品价值实现模式。研究结果表明：1)传统村落人居环境系统的生态产品分为具有竞争性和排他性的私人生态产品、竞争性和排他性都有限的准公共生态产品、具有非竞争性和非排他性的公共生态产品；2)依据传统村落人居环境生态产品特性和产品价值实现所面临的问题，探索了传统村落人居生态产品价值实现模式，私人生态产品的市场主...
