The emergent response to disaster spreading in Scale-free network was analyzed, recovery strategies were formulated based on information about the network topology and current network state. In order to assess their effects, the differences of those response strategies were discussed under random and targeted attack by means of simulation. And then, for different emergent response time, the maximum of minimum resources quantity which guarantees the complete recovery of network for each type of scenario were found by simulations.
