为探究不同程度缺水胁迫对小鼠记忆行为的影响,将健康昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,即A组(正常对照组)、B组(轻度缺水胁迫组)、C组(中度缺水胁迫组)、D组(重度缺水胁迫组),每组10只。采用迷宫试验和避暗试验测定小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果表明,在迷宫试验的测试中,B组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比无显著差异(P】0.05);C组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比有显著差异(P【0.05);D组小鼠的记忆能力与A组相比有极显著差异(P【0.01)。在避暗试验测试中,B组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比无显著差异(P】0.05);C组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比有显著差异(P【0.05);D组小鼠的错误逃避次数与A组相比有极显著差异(P【0.01)。说明...
