以亚热带丘岗山区的典型区域--衡阳盆地为研究对象,分析了其雨水资源利用的必要性、可行性.提出了衡阳盆地雨水资源化的初步设想:一是强化雨水就地利用,构建衡阳经济社会发展的生态屏障;二是积极推广庭院雨水集蓄,发展庭院经济;三是适当发展雨水集蓄小型灌溉工程,提高农业生产的水分保证率.

Hengyang Basin which was a typical hilly area in subtropical zone acted as the research subject. The necessity and feasibility for the rainfall resource utilization in Hengyang Basin were analyzed.
