"获得感+"目标下影响高校思政课提质增效的主要因素有融媒体时代多元化社会思潮冲击了教育效果,供需双方信息不对称导致供给错位不给力,思想政治教育者中存在的"内卷化"效应,青年自我认知不足造成多维场域不在场。高校可通过把脉需求侧,推动供需双方信息同律动;优化供给侧,促进思政课程教学高质效;提升师资力,做好铸魂育人工作守初心;整合力量源,构建高校思政教育大系统四种措施使学生学有所获,学有所得。
