Enterprise Value Network Embeddedness, Strategic Positioning and Enterprise Growth Performance--Based on Strategic Smart Logistics Enterprises

　　研究网络嵌入性对企业成长绩效的影响关系一直理论界和实业界的热点和难点。文章在相关研究的基础上，构建了企业网络嵌入、战略定位与成长绩效关系的概念模型，在对125 家战略性新兴智能物流企业问卷调研的基础上，对相关假设进行了实证研究。研究发现：企业价值网结构嵌入和关系嵌入对企业成长绩效都有显著的正向影响，但影响机制不同；战略定位除了对企业成长绩效存在直接效应外，还存在以嵌入性为中介的间接效应。这些新的研究发现，不仅有效地揭示了企业价值网嵌入性与企业成长绩效之间的“关系暗箱”，丰富了现有的价值网理论、绩效理论及企业战略定位理论，还为我国战略性新兴智能物...
