文化产业的出现、兴起和繁荣是知识经济的浪潮中的新亮点,它不仅是衡量综合国力的重要尺度,而且以其强大的影响力作用于社会经济生活、政治生活和精神生活等各个方面,成为21世纪的朝阳产业.湖南是一个文化资源大省,悠久的历史造就了深厚的文化底蕴.湖南具备发展文化产业所需要的雄厚的历史和现实基础,有条件大力发展文化产业.而政府的职能转变和产业化运作,则是文化产业成长的必经途径.因此,理清湖南文化产业的发展思路,明确湖南文化产业的发展战略,提出湖南文化产业发展的具体对策和措施,具有十分重要的现实意义.

As the booming of the culture economic, the culture industry is the new one when culture and economy come across, it is a large industrial system which cover the education, tourism, media, amusement, publishing and so on.
