科学技术进步、职业岗位群变化、新型工作组织与管理机制的出现,要求高职院校实施提高学生综合素质的通识教育。为此,高职院校应更新教育观念,提高对通识教育重要性的认识,在专业教育中贯穿通识教育的理念,加强师资队伍建设,调动其实施通识教育的积极性。
