大学生思想政治教育受到了诸多因素的影响,不断引起广大思想政治教育工作者和研究者的关注,相关研究成果颇多.通过实证研究和因子分析发现,大学生思想政治教育影响因素存在多维结构,即文化因子、教学因子、活动因子、社会因子以及管理因子等;而在当前诸多背景下,上述影响因素显示出独特的作用机理:文化因子成为影响大学生思想的决定性因素,教学因子显示出强劲势头,活动因子处于居中水平,社会因子作用相对偏低,管理因子最弱.由此得出开展大学生思想政治教育工作的策略建议:发展校园文化、推进教学改革、强化社会实践、规避社会负面影响以及回归教育家治校.
