Numerical Study on Transformation Property of High Power Laser Beam Propagating Through Spatial Filter

利用数值方法研究了高功率激光束通过空间滤波器形成低频调制的规律。结果表明，空间滤波器引起光束填充因子的下降与空间滤波器的衍射极限倍数m之间存在敏感的关系。m值的微小调整可以极大地改善整个光束的填充因子，减少光束的调制对比度，从而改善光束质量。这种结果可对高功率激光系统总体设计中空间滤波器元件参数的选择提供有益的参考依据。
