杠板归（Pcrfoliate Knotweed）是蓼科植物，味酸，富含酒石酸氢钾（potassinm hydrogentartrate），杠板归广泛分布于我国南北各地，为了避免资源浪费，合理利用天然资源，研究了用物理工艺方法提取杠板归中天然酒石酸氢钾，提取收率为85%，含量达到99.51%，提取方法简便，无任何污染，是一种提供天然食品添加剂酒石酸氢钾的有效方法。
