课外学习与实践活动提供的语言实践机会,能帮助学生巩固在课堂上获得的知识和能力,能带领学生充分利用真实的目的语环境,使学生融入到目的语环境中去,在真实的环境中将已学的知识运用到实践之中去,使学生的知识结构得到检验和完善。自2006年我国开始试办翻译本科专业以来,在很大程度上缓解了当前口译人才紧缺的问题,但是作为一门新兴专业,为了达到人才培养目的,本科翻译专业可以设置哪些课外学习与实践活动,本课题以前四批获准开办的高校为对象调查了当前本科翻译专业课外学习与实践活动的主要形式。
