"学前教育卓越教师培养计划"为我国建设学前教育专业的教师队伍提供了强有力的制度支持.其中针对卓越幼儿园教师培养提出了如下具体要求:适应学前教育改革发展要求,构建厚基础、强能力、重融合的的培养体系,培养一批热爱学前教育事业、综合素质全面、保教能力突出的卓越幼儿园教师.针对以上要求提出了选拔机制:"双向适合",培训机制:"三位一体",考核机制:综合化,评价机制:多元化,管理机制:动态化等培养路径.
