The contents of amino acids and the contents of Vitamins in five kinds of wild vegetables collected in Gannan Hakkas area had been determined by using recognized standard method (the method of acid hydrolysis by automatic amino acid analyzer,HPLC and fluorimetric method). The results showed that the contents of total and essential amino acids were richer in Kalimeris indica (L.)
