In this paper, the propagation characteristics of adjustable anomalous hollow Gaussian beams are investigated in different cascaded systems composed of left-handed medium and right-handed medium. The propagation expressions of adjustable anomalous hollow Gaussian beams through different cascaded systems are derived, and the effects of negative refractive index and beam parameters on the propagation characteristics are analyzed in detail.
