为了了解中国高校体育的知识创新能力与成果,研究针对中国高校体育专利,对其申请趋势、申请内容、申请的法律状态以及高产机构集中与高产个人等方面运用专利计量分析的方法进行了分析.结果发现:中国高校体育专利申请在数量上逐年上升,但整体质量不高,专利申请多为实用新型专利且失效专利过多;高产机构主要集中在综合性院校;专利申请领域主要集中在A63 B类.建议体育类院校(系)加强发明专利研发,提高专利有效率和专利质量,从而提高高校体育知识创新能力.
