新时代高校思政课教师培训体系的协同既包括国家、省(市、自治区)、高校三级培训体系的纵向协同,又包括每一级培训体系培训目标、组织管理、资源配置、管理制度和评价反馈的横向协同。据此构建新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同度测量体系和协同度模型。测量结果显示:新时代高校思政课教师培训体系的整体协同经历了从不协同、低协同、一般协同向较高协同的转变;三个不同级培训体系、不同级培训体系子系统及不同地域培训体系的协同存在差异;影响新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同的关键是高校培训体系,制约同一级培训体系协同的主要因素是资源配置和培训目标。基于此,高校思政课教师培训工作需切...
