本科院校实践教学中师资与制度建设是实践教学成效的重要保障,文章以应用型人才培养的基础上,对应用型本科院校＂双师型＂师资队伍建设和实践教学体系中管理制度两个方面,提出具体操作的措施建议,以期对相关院校保障机制的建立健全提供一些有益的思路。
