随着社会的进步和教育的发展,社会对教育的要求越来越高,如何提高师范毕业生的师范技能是每个教育工作者都必须思考的重要问题。本文首先简要地阐述了师范技能的主要内容及应届师范毕业生在师范技能方面存在的主要问题;接着以衡阳师范学院物理学专业为例,阐述了当前地方师范院校物理专业的培养现状和存在的弊端;最后就地方师范院校如何提高师范生师范技能提出了四点建议。
