自改革开放以来,随着教育的改革,人才培养方案的不断深化,我国的教育体系逐步在完善,但教育的框架却仍然存在问题。教育问题牵涉面广,而教育的源头切入点应为教师的教育上,实现从师范教育走向教师教育,增强在校师范生的师范性。本文首先以“师范性”一词做说明为切入点,阐述何为师范性;其次着重分析目前教育中所遇到的问题以及转型的必要性;最后指出地方师范院校该如何去转型以适应新的教育环境。
