Investigation of Mental Health State of Soldiers in Combat Readiness Stress Conditions.

目的 探讨战备应激状态下士兵心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对处于战备应激状态下某部62名士兵进行测评。结果 受测士兵SCL-90各项因子分、阳性项目数和总分都显著高于全国成人男性常模;除偏执因子外,受测士兵SCL-90各项因子分、阳性项目数和总分都显著高于中国军人男性常模;受测士兵SCL-90总分人数主要集中在低分段,呈现明显的正偏态。结论 战备应激引起士兵心理反应性增高,心理健康状况较一般人要差,更易出现心理问题,但出现严重症状的尚为少数。

Objective To investigate mental health state of soldiers in combat readiness stress conditions. Methods 62 soldiers in combat readiness stress conditions were tested by SCL-90. Results The tested soldiers had higher scores than Chinese adult male norm in all factors of SCL-90,and had higher scores than Chinese serviceman male norm in all factors of SCL-90 except paranoid ideation, and the major total scores centralized at the low score sections obviously showing positive skewness.
