This paper presents a new method for modeling RNA secondary structures based on stochastic tree adjoining grammars. In order to get better predict results, we shows using Stochastic Tree Adjoining Grammars to inference RNA secondary structures. firstly, we expound the tree adjoining grammars and stochasitc model and the operations of TAG tree. Secondly, discusses the key problems for RNA secondary structure prediction using tree adjoining grammars modeling, finally we design a tree adjoining grammars model to predict RNA structure, The experime...
