本文探讨了"以德治国"、加强思想道德建设在"依法治国、建设社会主义法治"过程中的地位与作用.笔者认为:一方面,二者"相辅相成、相互促进"、"二者缺一不可,也不可偏废";另一方面,二者在功能与属性方面各不相同,在治理国家、调控社会秩序中主辅作用不同.
