含锰的过渡金属配合物以其独特的分子结构,在功能材料方面显示出潜在的应用价值[1,2].此外,锰在许多生物体系中扮演着重要活性反应中心的角色.例如在光合作用光系统中水氧化中心(WOC)的锰簇合物、含锰过氧化氢酶(Mn Catalase)、含锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn SOD)等活性部位都存在含锰配合物[3,4].

Complex [Mn(phcn)(2)(H2O)[C8H11O2(COO)]}.(ClO4).H2O with bicycle [2.2.1]hept-2-en-5,6-dicarboxylic acid [C7H8(COOH)(2)], perchlorate manganese and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P (1) over bar, with a= 1.022 08 (12) nm, b = 1.24149(14) nm, c=1.354 29(15) nm, alpha=112.724(9)degrees, beta=91.173(6)degrees, gamma=101.250(3)degrees, V=1.545 9(3) nm(3), D-c=1.553 g.cm(-3), Z=2, F(OOO) =744.
