高校实行依法治校,建设法治校园,是依法治国方略在高等教育领域的具体体现,既是时代选择的新的治校方略,也是深化高等教育改革,推动高等教育发展的必然要求.分析高校依法治校的障碍,探索高校依法治校的实现路径,对于保障我国高等教育的科学有序管理以及高等教育改革沿着正确的方向前进,具有十分重要的意义.
