为适应经济全球化及21世纪人才培养的需要,高师院校实施双语教学势在必行.该文分析了高师院 校双语教学的现状及必要性,结合高师院校特点,对双语教学模式、师资力量培养、学生接受水平的培养以及教师 待遇和评价机制的建立等问题进行了探讨.
