现代学徒制是法国当前职业教育的改革重点。本文从法国现代学徒制的产生、开展情况、组织管理、教学实施几方面系统阐述法国现代学徒制改革，并对其以政府为主导、管理权限分散、学徒制层次高移、以经费机制为核心、注重质量保障的改革特点进行了总结和反思。
