自从教育部实施卓越法律人才计划以来,法学界针对卓越法律人才的研究成果颇多。然而,到目前为止,关于卓越法律人才认定的标准问题尚没有达成共识。基于教育部卓越法律人才实施计划及法学本科生培养目标与现状,如果法学本科生同时具备了卓越的专业知识、卓越的专业技能、基本的跨学科、跨专业的行业知识与技能以及基本的职业伦理素质四方面的条件,教育界理应认定其为卓越法律人才。

Since the Ministry of Education carries out the plan of Exellent Legal Talents,legal circles have been studying the problems of exellent legal talents.
