Inquiry into the Normal Students’ Consciousness of Independent Professional Development in Internship

顶岗实习的特殊性决定自主专业发展应成为顶岗实习师范生专业发展的主途径。然而,自编问卷《顶岗实习师范生自主专业发展意识调查问卷》的调查显示,顶岗实习师范生自主专业发展现状不容乐观。究其原因,顶岗实习师范生对自身的专业发展重点认识模糊是关键,同时,问题多、教学任务重、角色转变慢、指导力度不够等也是重要影响因素。我们需要积极采取措施,促进顶岗实习师范生的自主专业发展。
