The Impact of Sci-tech Finance over Upgrading of Industrial Structure:Based on the Test of Intermediary Effect and Threshold Effect

科技金融已成为推动我国产业结构升级、实现经济高质量发展的重要引擎。基于2009—2019年的省级面板数据，实证检验科技金融对产业结构升级的促进效应。结果表明：科技金融能够显著促进我国产业结构高级化与合理化；中介机制检验发现，加快技术进步和提高资源配置效率是科技金融促进产业结构高级化和合理化的两条路径；科技金融对产业结构高级化和合理化的促进作用受制于制度环境，呈现边际递增与倒“U型”门槛效应。鉴于此，亟待进一步提高科技金融发展水平，实施差异化科技金融发展策略，构建高质量的制度环境。
