城镇社区体育文化的核心价值在于,形成一种氛围,吸引居民积极参与体育健身活动,进而促进居民身心健康协调发展,提高生活质量和社会适应能力.在对体育本质的认识和体育对"人"的价值的认识的基础之上构建城镇社区体育文化,并以此为指导,融合乡土文化、时代要求等多种要素推动社区体育文化的普及和发展.
