"法律趋同化"既非"世界法律大同",又别于西方的"趋同论",有着其本身独特的含义,无论对世界还是中国都有着重要的现实意义.影响"法律趋同化"的因素很多,但主要表现在政治、经济与科技方面.其实现的方式主要有:法的移植、法的继承与国际条约的签订.
