目前,我国法学教学存在重视理论教学,忽视学生实践能力培养等问题,从而导致毕业生难以适应法律实务工作需要。因此,法学教学改革应以加强实践性教学为方向,一方面采取案例教学法,另一方面组织学生参加法律实践活动。与此同时,加强师资队伍建设,提高教师司法实践经验和能力。

At present, there exists the problem that theory is separated from practice in the teaching of law science which makes the graduates major in law can＇t be competent to practical legal profession.
