习近平安全思想体系,从中国总体国家安全出发,放眼亚洲共同安全,力图共建全球普遍安全。这一普遍安全观是人类历史上安全思想的一大创新,是人类命运共同体建设的基本保障与价值基础。它是对包括马克思主义、中国传统文化以及中国革命与建设文化在内的所有人类文明批判性继承和创新性发展的结晶。习近平的普遍安全观是对零和安全观的否定和超越,丰富了人类命运共同体理论,对人类开拓未来的和平与繁荣之道具有重要意义。
