We investigate the interaction characteristics and mechanism of electromagnetic radiation field and cerebral nervous system. When the electromagnetic radiation is non-ionization low-frequency electro- magnetic field, the two-state physical system in the cytoskeletal microtubule (MT) can be quantized.
