We propose two feasible schemes for realizing hybrid Toffoli gates with dipole-induced transparency (DIT) effect in series and parallel cavity-waveguide systems. The gate operations are accomplished by encoding information on flying photon and dipole emitter evanescently coupled to the microcavity, and the spatial as well as polarization states of photon will be flipped conditional on the quantum states of dipole emitters.
