教师主体价值的追求是教师发展的核心。这种主体价值的发展是终生的过程,是由进入教师角色到职业化再到专业化的过程,是教师职业责任感不断加强,专业知识进一步专业化,专业自主权扩大,主体参与意识提高的过程。研究和探析教育中教师主体价值的实现,是现代教育发展的必然趋向,反映了人类对教育的现代特性、对人的本质属性认识的升华。
