A Study on Employment Stability of Floating Population from the Perspective of Stratified Heterogeneity:An Empirical Analysis of Hierarchical Nonlinear Model

基于中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,利用分层非线性模型研究家庭化流动模式对流动人口就业稳定性的影响.研究发现:流动人口就业稳定性总体不高,且具有明显的分层聚类性,流动人口就业稳定性不仅与个体层次因素有关,而且还受社区层次因素的影响,但前者作用更大;家庭化流动提升了男性的就业稳定性,降低了女性、 特别是在婚女性的就业稳定性;提升了低收入阶层、 特别是极低收入阶层的就业稳定性,但对高收入阶层的就业稳定性无显著性影响.这些研究结论对流动人口就业政策的制定具有一定的参考价值.

Based on the data of Dynamic Monitoring Survey of China’s floating population,this paper studies the effect of family migration on the employment stability of floating population by the hierarchical nonlinear model.The findings show that employment stability of floating population is generally not high with obvious hierarchical clustering.The employment stability of floating population is not only related to individual level factors,but also affected by community level factors,while the former plays a greater role than the latter does.Family m...
