保税区优惠的中转、通关、存储等条件能极大地促进保税区及腹地外向型经济的发展,而商务英语人才能够改善保税区及腹地的投资软环境,提高其知名度和美誉度。论文通过分析商务英语人才培与地方经济发展之关联,着重对保税区背景下商务英语人才培养予以研究,即高校商务人才的培养要基于市场需求、准确定位人才培养目标、科学设置课程体系、优化实践教学和拓展多元化的商务英语人才培养模式。

Such preferential policies as transit, customs clearance, storage in bonded area can greatly promote the development of the export-oriented economy in bonded area and its hinterland.
