In this paper, we made a brief analysis of the relation between Sugar-intaking and Sport -ability in the terms of Kinetics, by using systematic analytic approach and documentary -materials law. It shows that Sugar-intaking plays an important role to the maintain of Sport ability; doing fierce exercises more than one hour or long-time, we should consider supply sugar for the body. In the short term, the effective way to increase the sugar of skeleton muscles is to supply the glucose drink before exercise or during training.
