平时试教是教育实习的有机组成部分,是集中实习的前提和基础,为切实有效地发挥平时试教的作用,就必须加强对平时试教的组织管理,而建立和健全高师生平时试教的质量监控体系;强化课程管理,构建合理的教育类课程体系,重点抓好微格教学训练的安排;加强对指导教师的管理;选择灵活多样的试教形式是十分重要的管理措施。
